When you can have your money back, and how.
Fourteen days
If the tool is not what you wanted, or does not work on your machine, write to us within 14 days of buying it and we refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason.
What stops a refund
- More than 14 days since the purchase.
- A key activated on more machines than the plan allows, in a way that indicates the licence was shared.
How
Write to support@genius.app with the link to your order page. The money goes back the way it came, and takes anywhere from two days to a week depending on the bank.
The key is revoked when the refund is made, and the panel stops working on the machines it was activated on.
